Suite B is located on the ground floor of a 4-plex. In addition to the large front yard, this apartment has its own private, fenced backyard featuring two patios, perfect for our guests with furry friends. This unit is pet friendly. The backyard with its shade trees is a lovely spot to relax in the evenings.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress with adjustable bed, along with a 32 inch TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and 32 inch TV as well. The living room is very spacious and features a 65 inch TV, leather couches, and a futon with a queen size mattress. There is 400mbps Internet/WiFi available, as well as Netflix.

Our kitchens are equipped for long-terms stays with all the necessary place settings, cookware and small appliances. There is also the convenience of in-unit laundry.

Nestled in the heart of Manor with many local dining options and nearby grocery stores, Pecan Place is also only 15 minutes away from the Tesla Gigafactory or downtown Austin.
